Terms of Service at Pangolin Review

The service

Pangolin Review is a managed service that replies to reviews on your Google Business Profile, optimizes your listing, and provides weekly performance reports. You authorize us by adding our email as a Manager on your Google Business Profile.

Pricing & trial

Plans start at $19/month (USD). All plans include a 7-day free trial. Your card is charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel before day 7. We renew monthly until you cancel.

Cancellation

Cancel any time from your account or by emailing pangolinreview@gmail.com. You keep access until the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fees, no contracts. Subscriptions are non-refundable once your trial ends and the first month begins. Cancel before day 7 of the free trial and pay nothing.

Acceptable use

You confirm you own or are authorized to manage the Google Business Profile you add us to. You will not use the service for fake reviews, review manipulation, or anything that violates Google's policies. We may decline or terminate accounts that do.

Liability

We provide the service “as is.” We aim for excellence but cannot guarantee specific ranking, review, or revenue outcomes. Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms with 14 days notice via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Last update date is at the top of this page.
