What we collect
When you sign up, we collect your email, business name, country, and payment details (handled by Stripe, so we never see your card). Once you add us as Manager on your Google Business Profile, we access only the review and listing data Google permits managers to see. We do not collect your Google password.
How we use it
We use your data to deliver the service: replying to reviews, optimizing your profile, sending weekly reports, and processing payments. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Subprocessors
We use industry-standard infrastructure: Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), Resend or AgentMail (email), and OpenAI (reply drafting tools). All are bound by data protection agreements.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to delete it, or remove our access from your Google Business Profile at any time. Email pangolinreview@gmail.com and we respond within 7 days.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies (auth, session) and basic analytics (Vercel Analytics). No tracking, no advertising cookies.
